Infinite Front Desk: Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Infinite Front Desk ("Infinite Front Desk," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information through our website (infinite8enterprise.com), our emails, and our AI receptionist service, "Sunny." It covers the Infinite Front Desk service only. (Block One, a separate offering on the same site, has its own terms.)

1. AI and call-recording notice — please read

• You are talking to an AI. When you call Sunny at (760) 284-7638, or call a business that uses Infinite Front Desk to answer its phones, you are speaking with an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant, not a person. Sunny says so at the start of every call, in English and Spanish (see Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17940–17943).
• Calls are recorded and transcribed. Every call answered by Sunny is recorded and transcribed. Sunny tells you this at the start of the call. If you don't want to be recorded, please hang up and contact the business another way, such as email (see Cal. Penal Code §632).
• Transfers. If Sunny transfers your call to a person (for example, for an urgent repair), the transferred part of the call may also be recorded.
• Not 911. Sunny is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, hang up and call 911.

2. Who is responsible for caller information

• Calls to a client business. When you call a business (our "client") that uses Infinite Front Desk, we act as that business's service provider: we process your information on the business's behalf and under its instructions, to answer, route and book your call. That business decides how it uses your information, and its own privacy policy applies. Privacy requests about those calls can go to the business or to us; we'll pass them on and help the business respond.
• Calls to our own line, our website and our emails. For calls to (760) 284-7638 about our own services, visits to our website, and our emails, we decide how information is used, and this policy applies.
