If Block One isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email ring.ring@infinite8enterprise.com with your order number and the email address you used to buy.

Processing

We aim to reply within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
