Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from or use infinite8enterprise.com, which is run by Infinite Enterprise, a sole proprietorship based in the Coachella Valley, California, USA ("we," "us"). By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

Our products are digital Notion templates. Right now, that's Block One, a time-blocking template. After you pay, you'll get a Duplicate Block One link by email. Click Duplicate on the Notion page to copy the template into your own Notion workspace. It works on any Notion plan, including Free.

2. Your license

Each purchase gives one buyer a personal, non-transferable license.

Allowed: using the template for your own personal use or your own business's internal use, and changing or customizing your copy however you like.

Not allowed: reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or giving away the template or copies of it (modified or not), and sharing your template link with anyone else.

3. Notion is a third party

Delivery and use of our templates depend on Notion, a separate company we don't control. We're not responsible for Notion outages, bugs, feature changes, pricing or plan changes, or account issues. Your use of Notion is covered by Notion's own terms.

4. Intellectual property

Infinite Enterprise owns the templates and all content on our website, including designs, text, and layouts. Buying a template gives you the license above. It doesn't transfer ownership.

5. No guarantee of results

Our templates are tools to help you organize your time. We can't promise any particular result, like more productivity or hitting your goals. Templates are provided "as is," apart from the commitments in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost data, lost profits, or lost time.

7. Pricing

Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time. Changes won't affect orders you've already paid for.

8. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
