Infinite Front Desk: Service Terms

These Service Terms are a summary page for Infinite Front Desk, the AI phone receptionist service ("Sunny") offered by Infinite Front Desk, PO Box 2437, Indio, CA 92202 ("we," "us"). They apply only to Infinite Front Desk. Block One is a separate offering on infinite8enterprise.com with its own terms; these Service Terms don't apply to Block One, and Block One's terms don't apply to Infinite Front Desk.

These Service Terms work together with our full Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and your signed Client Service Agreement. If they conflict, the signed Client Service Agreement controls.

1. The service

We set up and run Sunny, an AI receptionist that answers your business's calls in your business name, takes caller details, takes booking requests (and, where you enable it, places them on your calendar via Cal.com), and we flag urgent calls to you right away by the method set at onboarding. English on all plans; Spanish on Pro and Premium.
